Agreement to Terms

By using IGBliss ("the app", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Description of Service

IGBliss is an iOS application that helps you organize photos from your device's photo library, generate captions, and publish content to Instagram. The app requires an Instagram Business or Creator account and uses the Instagram Graph API to publish on your behalf.

Your Instagram Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Instagram account credentials
• All content published through IGBliss to your Instagram account
• Ensuring your use complies with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
• Any consequences of content you publish, including copyright claims or account restrictions

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use IGBliss to:

• Post spam, misleading content, or content that violates Instagram's policies
• Publish content you do not have the rights to share
• Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the service
• Attempt to circumvent Instagram's rate limits or other restrictions
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the photos and content you publish through IGBliss. We do not claim any ownership over your content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., uploading to Instagram on your behalf).

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third-party APIs (Instagram, Google Places) that may experience outages or changes beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Scheduling and Publishing

Scheduled posts are processed on a best-effort basis. While we aim for timely publishing, we cannot guarantee exact timing due to factors including server load, API rate limits, and Instagram availability. Posts may be delayed or fail to publish due to circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGBliss and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. This includes any damages resulting from failed posts, scheduling issues, or Instagram account restrictions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. You use the service at your own risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account and deleting the app.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
